Jeremy Victor
Vice President Operations

Jeremy has served as VertMarkets VP of Operations since August of 2006. In this role, Jeremy has leadership responsibility for recruiting, marketing, editorial, client services, and all web and print publishing production. Jeremy also leads the company's outsourcing initiatives and operations.

Previously, Jeremy was Executive Director of Customer Operations and Support for Peterson's, a division of the Thomson Corporation. There Jeremy was responsible for ensuring world-class service delivery for all market segments representing over 50,000 customers. His management oversight included technical support, instructor led training operations, and customer service for 6 websites with over 35,000 orders annually. Additionally, Jeremy has held Director level positions in Software and Technical Support, Training, and Marketing.

Jeremy studied Chemical Engineering at Syracuse University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
